Mega Family: Imagining Home 萬象有光:家園想像
Visual Identity, brochure design and On-site environmental graphics for the flagship exhibition of the 2024 Hong Kong International Photo Festival — Mega Family: Imagining Home 香港國際攝影節 — 萬象有光:家園想像. The photo exhibition invites fifteen photographers from different generations to showcase portfolios about Hong Kong. All of the works were created in the 2020s, serving as a visual documentation of the social changes experienced under the new normality. Started from the abstract visualization of the Chinese character 萬 (ten thousands), the show's key visual serves as a vessel capturing the dynamics traveling between past and present, inhabitants and migrants, individuals and families, traditional values and advocating values. The multidimensional flows penetrating through the city’s fabric, encapsulates the interactions, co-operations or conflicts which annotates every citizens’ own definition of HOME.
